Heute zählt nicht Ogrimar oder Artherk, sondern das Miteinander. Ob grün, gelb, rot oder blau. Alles ist möglich und ein Farbwechsel kommt schneller als man denkt. In diesem Sinne lädt Freya die Community ein, an einem erneuten D4Oler- ärger-Dich-nicht teilzunehmen und stellt sich als Spielleiter für den Abend zur Verfügung.

❓ Spielablauf & -regeln

Die Spielregeln für den Abend findet ihr ausführlich im Forum

Es gibt vier Mannschaften zu je vier Spielern (sollten sich zu Wenige anmelden, werden die Gruppen anders verteilt)
Gespielt wird mit den Farben: Rot, blau, gelb und grün
Wer in welcher Mannschaft spielt, wird am Abend bekannt gegeben
Welche Farbe beginnt, wird per Zufallsverfahren vor Beginn ausgelost
An die Spieler wird nach der Auslosung der Farbe eine Nummer verteilt. Diese bitte merken! Sie dient dafür, um die Reihenfolge beim Würfeln einzuhalten.

Verhalten in der Community

The game administration would like to once again expressly remind all players to comply with the current server rules as well as the D4O terms of use.

Advertising private or illegally operated pirate servers, distributing related invitations, links or files, or supporting such offers in any form will not be tolerated in connection with D4O.

Passing account or login data on to third parties is also prohibited. Every account is for personal use only, and login credentials must be treated as confidential and protected against misuse.

In addition, we expressly advise against the use, sharing or distribution of leaked files, unofficial clients, questionable tools or any other data collections circulating on the internet. Such content endangers not only the security of individual accounts, but also the stability and integrity of the entire game operation.

Consequences for violations

Violations of the server rules and terms of use may be sanctioned consistently and can lead to the permanent suspension of accounts.

Players who act against these rules may receive a chat ban or be excluded from the game temporarily or permanently. Enforcement of penalties is independent of the actual truthfulness of the statements made.

Conduct within the community

We also expressly point out that agitation, insults or deliberate attempts to incite hostility against other players or members of the staff team will not be tolerated.

Whether you’re a returning veteran of Schicksalswind or a new adventurer stepping into the world of Die 4te Offenbarung for the first time, the new launcher provides a modern, streamlined experience to get you into the game faster than ever.

Features

Modern Interface

A new borderless design with a localized banner, live player count, and quick-access menus – all in a clean, dark-themed layout.

Server Info Panel

Click the info button next to the server name to view detailed server settings at a glance – PVE/PVP death penalties, PVP level range, XP ratio, max rebirth, and more.

Quick access to all essential links – Website, Wiki, Support, Discord, Forum, Server Rules, The Team, and more. The options menu next to the Play button gives you direct access to Settings and Game Data.

Built-in Settings

No more hunting for T4C Config.exe. The launcher now includes a full settings editor with three tabs:

General – Language, display mode, resolution, audio, and launcher preferences
Macros – Configure all 20 macro key bindings with conflict detection
Colors – Customize communication channel colors with drag-and-drop reorder and a color picker

Localization

Switch between German, English, and French with a single click on the flag icons in the title bar. The language setting applies to the launcher and the game interface. Server-side content such as NPC dialogs, items, and quests remains in German, as Schicksalswind is a German-language server.

The congregation of the Seraphs craves further entertainment.
The previous tournaments were a complete success. For this reason, we will hold one final tournament in which you humans can once again prove your worth.

Blood, sweat and tears is what we want to see.
For this reason, only Humans of Felsriff who are no older than 75 years are permitted to participate.

If you are brave enough to show our gods how strongly faith burns within you, then present yourself ready for battle in Felsriff on the 21st day of the third month when the sundial shows thirty minutes past the eighteenth hour. One last challenge before the journey to the Oracle!

Important!

There will be a venue and of course diligent vendors again. So remember to bring enough gold.
Please understand that visitors are still not permitted. However, if at the end of the evening many curious players show up to walk through the Oracle together with the Humans, nothing stands in the way of that.
A stream of the event on Discord can certainly be arranged again.

Goal of the evening -> Server crash due to too many simultaneous rebirths

That pretty much says it all. Of course, rebirth at the end is not mandatory, but optional for everyone.
I would be grateful if perhaps a capable white and black escort through the Oracle would contact me to help on the final stretch.

I can’t give you much, but as a thank you from me that you were there and made this small tournament series possible, I would like to gift the winner (1vs1) after their rebirth a complete quest package matching their faith path (Teleport quest/Oracle). (meaning once from Arakas to Rebirth - but as mentioned, only what relates to the Teleport/Oracle, no “side quests”)

It would be nice if a few of you could come together once more and maybe even bring someone along! After all, the two-time title holder Svala still needs to be beaten and the practiced square dance around her gravestone needs to be danced together.

Important Notes (PLEASE READ!!!)

For the “Barter Trade” the same rule applies: One trade per account is possible, and it is independent of the daily offer
The rule applies: Per account, a total of two offers may be purchased.
Should we notice that Swamp Robes appear in vast quantities at exorbitant prices in the AH shortly after Galvit’s visit, this offer will be removed at the next and all future Galvit visits.
Important addition: Old Elven parts will only be given to the Archer class. - These must have at least access to the island Rabenfels, whether Human or Seraph. The same naturally applies to all others

Procedure:

a random player receives the carrot and starts in the northwest in the desert
all other players start at the stone circle
find out for yourselves who has the carrot

Objective:

The goal is to deliver the carrot to the temple in the southeast
the player who delivers it wins

Rules:

Participants have ‘empty’ bags - meaning no droppable items on them
Between the desert and the temple, everything is allowed. Hitting, stealing, kicking, biting, peeking, looting…
Whoever is fast, nimble, strong or clever wins.
Whether you fight solo or as a team is up to you.
Nobody is liable for losses!!!
Adjustments may be made spontaneously on the evening!

Rumor has it that Galvit is on his way to Althea. He has brought along some exquisite goods that his lovely Mathilda would like to offer to their loyal customers together with him. What exactly lies hidden in his crates, we shall discover once the seagulls screech it from the rooftops.

💀But wait!💀

Wasn’t there something? Creepy ghosts are waiting at the shores!! The waves tell of gruesome figures from the spirit world, causing mischief on Althea! But a true merchant like Galvit won’t be deterred by that!

Let’s just hope the stories are sailor’s yarn, or that the heroes of Althea have managed to drive the ghosts back.

It’s that time again, the dark, cold and ominous season is making its way into our homes. But with it come the sinister creatures from the underworld, causing mischief on Althea. Centuries-old vampires and mummy ghouls are searching for fresh blood and new mummy wrappings, hiding among the colorful autumn leaves.

Who will gain the upper hand and plunge the world into chaos when the veil to the spirit world lifts? Either way, it’s a race against time. Whether it’s wise to seek allies, you must decide entirely on your own, but remember that every friend can just as well be a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Before you lies a path full of twists and turns, and only at the end will you discover who is wrapped up wrong or has been eyeing you bloodthirstily.

The team that makes it out of the labyrinth first in its entirety and has proven worthy of their side wins the game. Do you dare to embark on this adventure?

Afterwards, the award ceremony with pumpkin pie and other delicacies will take place - Please let us know by 31.10.24 whether you can make it!

🎃Game Rules:🎃

We will divide you into two teams, but will not publicly announce who is on which team.
Each team may collect both mummy wrappings and blood chalices
If all team members of one team make it out of the labyrinth, we’ll check what’s in your bags – If there are more items in total that serve your cause, you win.
Otherwise, the opposing side has automatically won.
Deleting items is forbidden. Our treasurer is very strict about that, and rest assured, nothing escapes him!
To maintain suspense and fun, you should not reveal to each other which side you are fighting for.
Should you feel you were too fast, you are welcome to go through a portal back into the labyrinth, but think carefully about whether you’ll make it out again before the other team is complete. Portals are tricky!

💀Note:💀

Should the Mummy Queen and the Vampire Lord not be served enough wrappings or blood, it is rumored they may not hesitate to ambush the approaching merchant caravan.

The price for this may be high. But Althea trusts in its brave heroes. Collectors and seekers be told, apparently a treasurer among the merchants from distant lands will also exchange the autumn leaves for rare goods.

But with Secret Santa it gets exciting. How well do you know each other? What nice things might a random Secret Santa come up with? - join in!

Christmas Secret Santa

I am a little elf so small, and love to write a poem for all,

today however, I’m not feeling very creative, and before you all look at me with expressions negative,

I’d rather speak plainly so everyone understands, lest my planning falls apart in my hands.

That would be quite a shame for Christmas indeed, and the gifts would have to stay locked away at speed.

But I’m not the one who gives with glee, just the little elf who orchestrates, you see!

So whoever wants to share some joy and fun, this time please don’t wait until the day is done.

Registration

Since Secret Santa is somewhat independent of whether there’s interest (if only two sign up again, they get to give each other even bigger gifts ;) ), let’s give it another try for a bit of variety. Whoever would like to participate in Secret Santa, please register by 15.12.2023 by 20:00 via PM or Discord with Shiva GM.

If someone wants to participate with multiple characters, please list all of them in one message so I can ensure you don’t end up gifting yourself. During the week of 11.12 to 15.12, I will then inform you via PM/Discord who you have drawn.

When does the event itself take place?

Due to a somewhat tight schedule towards the end of the year, the gift exchange will take place after Christmas. But at D4O everything is different anyway, so you’re allowed to exchange gifts later and celebrate Christmas again! Perhaps the joy will be even greater then!

Of course, I also ask this year that you are reliable once you throw your name into my Secret Santa pot and don’t let the person you’re supposed to gift down. We wish you happy gifting and hope for many participants :)

Fleshlings, did you miss me? Surely you did, you little frightful creatures. Yes, it’s me, the Schrumpfkopf, and I need your -hm..- helping hands, since I have none. And of course your legs! Schrumpi is very worried and she believes that the old pumpkin head is plotting something sinister. What exactly? Well, just read on!!

And more importantly - be there!

Flashback

Just as everyone was busy collecting even more candy and fulfilling the Schrumpfkopf’s wishes, a tremendous thundering was heard from afar. On the Spook Island it might have felt like an approaching thunderstorm, but in the abandoned Lichthafen, where Dideldum was putting up the last decorations, the ground shook terribly. “Pumpäääl!” The voice was deep and would shake Dideldum to the core. No, that couldn’t be Heinz-Bert! He could sound quite terrifying too, but this was something else entirely.

Again the ground trembled, as if a towering giant was stomping with his massive feet. And so the creature made its way into the festively decorated Halloween harbor. There it found not Schrumpumpel, but Dideldum, who was just placing the last gifts for the diligent candy collectors on the ground. The drooling monster couldn’t know any better when it grabbed the unsuspecting witch with a powerful grip of its arms. Without heeding her wild thrashing, it stomped away again.

It was supposed to fetch a witch, so it fetched a witch.

A little later in the festively decorated Halloween harbor:

Strange… where had Dideldum gone? She had promised to help Schrumpumpel count and collect the candy. The little witch looked around again for her friend and was startled when she saw Dideldum’s wand lying on the ground. Never ever would a witch just leave her wand lying around. It was the highest witch law to always carry it on one’s robe or trousers. Something must have happened!

“I’ll eat my witch broom, handle and all, if that bonehead Heinz-Bert doesn’t have his skeletal fingers in this! Can he never give it a rest? Now we helped him last year to win over his pumpkin-head wife and this is the thanks we get?” Schrumpumpel stomped her foot indignantly, and her foot landed in a viscous, sticky substance. Great, that too. Troll boogers. But… what was green, glitter-laced troll snot doing here? Something was wrong, seriously wrong!

Shortly after, Schrumpumpel gathered a few last cookie crumbs as provisions, tied up her backpack, straightened her witch hat, and resolutely tucked Schrumpfkopf under her arm. “Don’t worry, Dideldum, we’re coming!”

Where is Dideldum?

Uphill, downhill. Through valleys and dales. Into caves and out again. Left and then right, she’d even walked backwards. But nowhere a trace of Dideldum. Schrumpumpel, however, would not abandon her friend. Although Schrumpfkopf was putting her patience to the extreme test.

“Are we there yet?”

“I’m hungry.” “I need to go to the bathroom.” “Ooh, look, there’s a dead rat, can we attack it?” “Hey, say, Schrumpumpel, why is the sky actually blue and not green?” “I’m bored.” “Schrumpumpel?” “Schrumpumpel?” “Schrumpumpel?” “Can I have cookies?” “I’m thirsty.” “I’m still bored.” “Why are there actually stones on a mountain?” “Can I have that little stick over there?” “Look, a colorful mushroom. I want to eat it.” “My hair hurts.” “Why is a tree called a tree anyway?” “Did you know I can already count to 1 million? Shall I? One, two, three…” “My feet hurt.”

That’s when Schrumpumpel lost her temper, or rather her witch hat blew sky-high. She had grabbed the head and set him down on an old tree stump. “Now listen to me, you pest! Your feet can’t hurt because I’ve been carrying you the whole time and you don’t have any! If you’re not quiet right now, I’ll leave you right here and we’ll wait until a cute little warthog comes and takes you home as a toy ball for its children. And then you’ll be rolled through the dirt all day long! With pointy teeth. And drooled on. And…” Schrumpumpel could hardly catch her breath, so worked up was she. But before she could continue her frustrated tirade at Schrumpfkopf, who by the way was not at all impressed by it, she noticed a slime-covered scrap of paper. With a disgusted face, the witch picked it up and shook it out thoroughly. In the process, a few drops of slime hit Schrumpfkopf. By accident, of course.

She had known it! That stupid pumpkin head! But he would regret this. Indeed! With renewed energy, she grabbed Schrumpfkopf by his three hairs, dragged him along and marched off.
