Believe it or not, only at night and never in light! That’s when the ruckus on Schicksalswind begins, yes, the staffers cast their spells then. Ghosts here, pumpkins there, who won’t obey, we’ll hex right out of here! There’ll be haunting, spooking and laughter galore, and not just on Halloween night, but more. Come together, all you earthly beings, and search together for the magical witch’s broom. Explore caves, cities and forests wide, don’t forget the great fields at the countryside. Search by day and in the darkest night, for ghosts and specters, stay on your guard! Fear no monsters or beasts, at Halloween the next adventure awaits!
##Halloween – the Night of Monsters, Witches and Scary Ghosts! A time when magical beings want to prove who can frighten and haunt the best! But whoever wants to show off their skills must also be properly equipped. The witch Schrumpumpel was terribly proud of her new witch broom, which she received as a reward for the biggest witch nose at the last Walpurgis Night. So she cherished and cared for it, to be the fastest witch at the upcoming Fire Broom Witch Dance. But when she woke up one morning, she was horrified to discover that her broom had vanished. All that remained was a more than impudent note from her eternal archrival – the pumpkin-head man Heinz-Bert.
Oh, how she hated that stupid fellow! Already in school, he had constantly stolen her favorite candies with rotten-egg flavor. And he had always been jealous of her because she was a witch and he was just a lousy pumpkin-head man! Surely he now wanted to use her broom to win a prize at this year’s Fire Broom Witch Dance himself. Pah! But he hadn’t reckoned with her! She would get her broom back, yes indeed! But since Schrumpumpel was still a rather young witch, only a tender 274 years old, she naturally couldn’t do this alone. And so she posted a notice on the city walls of Althea:
Dear heroes and heroines of Althea, whether young, whether old, whether big or small!
I urgently need your help!
Please stand by me in the time between October 29th and November 1st to get my witch broom back.
As a thank you, I’ll share my most absolute favorite candies with you.
I will let you know exactly when you can meet me on the first evening. That stupid pumpkin-head man Heinz-Bert shall be taught to be afraid!
Sulfurous greetings,
Schrumpumpel
